In a letter to Mound Basin GSA dated October 26, 2023, from the California Department of Water Resources, the Department evaluated the groundwater sustainability plan (GSP) and has determined the GSP is APPROVED. To view the approved GSP, please visit: https://sgma.water.ca.gov/portal/gsp/all.
On December 31, 2021, the Mound Basin Groundwater Sustainability Plan (GSP) was submitted to DWR for review. DWR did accept public comments on the GSP through March 30, 2022. For more information, please visit:https://sgma.water.ca.gov/portal/gsp/all.

On November 18, 2021, the Mound Basin GSA Board of Directors adopted the proposed GSP, and the plan was submitted to the Department of Water Resources (DWR) for assessment.
